Program/Policy Description The study is a telephone survey to obtain information on families' experiences 12 months after their cases were closed. The purpose is to identify the experiences of families who leave TANF for reasons other than time limits.
Notes This study is part of an evaluation of Virginia Independence Program (VIP) and Virginia Initiative for Employment not Welfare (VIEW).
